Solution: If you find that the parts are loose, you must deal with them in time. There are many parts that have problems that will not only affect work, but also affect personal safety. If you find that there are screws falling out of the outlet, you must find the parts that have fallen off the screws in time and then re-screw them.

3. Particles appear in the body cavity, affecting the operation of the machine. It may be caused by your own operation, or it may be that the particles enter the body cavity when they are put in. This phenomenon is more common. Solution: It is very simple, just shut down the machine and turn off the power to clean it. When operating, you must deal with static electricity, which is attached to the machine. You need to open the shell of the pellet machine itself and then clean it. This method is the simplest and most common.

2. The cause of the safety pin shearing failure: hard foreign matter enters the pelletizing chamber; solution: remove foreign matter and replace the safety pin.
3. The difference between the two motor currents is too large. Cause: 1) The V-belt of the 2 motors is not tightened, 2) The balance fine-tuning of the 2 motors is uneven, 3) The quality of the ammeter; solution: 1) tighten the belt or replace the belt, 2) level the motor, 3) replace or adjust the ammeter.
4. Causes of smoke from pellet machine: 1) Scraper wear, causing a hard material layer to form between the pressure roller and the rotor support plate, 2) Insufficient tension of the V-belt, 3) Hard material accumulates between the rear support plate of the pressure roller to form a hard material layer; Solution: 1) Install a new scraper, 2) Tighten the V-belt, 3) Remove the hard material and lubricate the main bearing until the grease comes out from behind the rear support plate.
